| Luncarty Alive is an exercise class for all abilities. An approved, skilled and sensitive personal trainer leads the group in a gentle exercise.
The group are friendly, accepting and good humoured and have a programme sensitive to needs and ability.
There is a chair based programme available.
It takes place on Fridays 10-11am and costs £2.50 per session. All are welcome. |
